How To Vote

Voters will go to the polls to elect a mayor and councillors for the Sunshine Coast on Saturday, March 16, 2024.
Voting is compulsory.
For those unable to vote on March 16, early polling will be available from Monday, March 4, until Friday, March 15, 2024.
The electoral roll will close on Monday, February 5, and those not registered by that date will be unable to vote.
Postal vote applications close at 7pm on Monday, March 4, 2024. Postal votes received later than Tuesday, March 26, will not be counted.
